Zarii vs Orderla for WhatsApp sellers in Malaysia
Updated
Orderla makes order pages that finish in WhatsApp, and its Pay Now add-on lets a buyer pay on the page without going to WhatsApp first. It defaults to Malaysia and ringgit. It has a plan at RM0 with no commission, limited to 1 order page and 5 products on that page. Plus is RM30 a month and Pro is RM100 a month, with more pages and products. Zarii has no platform fees. You pick a store name and add your QR, then run the store by chatting with ChatGPT or Claude. Your buyer pays your own QR and you check each payment yourself. Orderla is the better pick if you want a Malaysian payment gateway or delivery integrations.

How payment works on Orderla
Orderla makes order pages that finish in WhatsApp. Malaysia and ringgit are its default. On Plus and Pro, the Pay Now add-on lets a buyer pay on the page without going to WhatsApp first.
For gateway payments, Orderla lists gateways including Billplz, ToyyibPay, SenangPay, Bizappay, Stripe, CHIP, SecurePay, Fiuu and Gkash. Payment gateway integration comes with Plus and Pro.

What Zarii does differently
Zarii is in open beta. This is what zarii.ai says it does today.
You pick a store name and add your QR. Then you tell ChatGPT or Claude what you sell, and it puts your products up at yourname.zarii.store. There is a guide to connecting your AI. Your ChatGPT or Claude plan needs to allow custom connectors.
Your buyer opens your link and orders without making an account. You can send that link in a WhatsApp chat. They see your own QR, such as your DuitNow QR, exactly as you uploaded it, with the exact amount and an order code. They pay and send you a screenshot. You check your own account, tap Confirm, and only then does your stock go down, once.
Zarii has no platform fees, and the money goes from your buyer to your account. Zarii keeps the order record, not the money. There is no gateway between your buyer and you, and you check each payment yourself.
The differences are these:
- Orderla has a plan at RM0 and says it takes no commission. That plan has 1 order page and 5 products per page, and Plus and Pro raise those limits. Zarii has no platform fees.
- Orderla order pages finish in WhatsApp, or take payment on the page with Pay Now. On Zarii, the buyer’s order carries your own QR, the exact amount and an order code.
- You run Zarii by chatting with ChatGPT or Claude.
You need a payment QR from your bank or e-wallet to use Zarii. Your store, orders and buyer list are yours. Zarii says it never sells that data and never uses it for ads.
Where Orderla is the better choice
Zarii is a smaller tool. In these cases Orderla is the stronger pick.
Malaysian payment gateways
Orderla lists gateways including Billplz, ToyyibPay, SenangPay and Fiuu. Zarii does not take gateway or card payments at checkout.
Delivery integrations
Orderla’s Pro plan lists delivery integrations. Zarii does not have them.
Food and beverage sellers
Orderla is built for food and beverage, retail and services. If you sell food or drinks, its pages are made for that. Zarii is not built around one kind of seller.
Open beta
Zarii is in open beta. Expect it to keep changing.
Which one fits
Zarii fits if you take orders in chat, your buyers can pay a QR you own, and you are happy to check your own account before you confirm.
Orderla fits if you want a payment gateway or delivery integrations, and its plan prices work for you.
If you are not sure, write down your last ten orders. Count how many came in on WhatsApp and how many would have paid through a gateway. That tells you more than any comparison page.
