The rules, in plain terms.

What Zarii is.

Zarii is software that helps a seller record orders, show their own payment QR code to a buyer, and run a storefront. It is not a marketplace — we don’t list your products alongside anyone else’s, and we don’t take a cut of what you sell. It is not a payment service either: no money moves through Zarii, ever. If you’re picturing something like a marketplace or a payment processor, Zarii is neither of those things.

Who can use it.

You need to be 18 or older and running a real, lawful business to hold a Zarii seller account. By signing up, you’re telling us that’s true.

Your store is yours.

Your product photos, descriptions, shop name and logo belong to you. Using Zarii means giving us permission to host that content and show it back to your buyers — that’s it. We don’t claim ownership of anything you upload, and we won’t use your store, its photos, or your name in Zarii’s own marketing without asking you first. We also don’t resize, crop, or otherwise alter your photos or your seller-supplied QR code — what you upload is what gets shown, unchanged.

Your orders and your buyer list are yours too. We hold them to run your store — recording the sale, matching the payment, keeping your buyers separate from every other shop’s — and for nothing else.

Payments go straight from your buyer to you.

What you’re responsible for.

As a seller, you’re responsible for your own products, prices, stock accuracy, delivery, taxes, customer service, and following the law in whatever place you sell to. Zarii records what you tell it and helps you run the loop — it doesn’t check your prices, ship your packages, or file your taxes.

If you connect an AI assistant to your store, anything it does there — adding or editing listings, changing stock, reading your orders — is done on your behalf. That’s your responsibility, exactly as if you’d done it yourself.

What’s not allowed.

• Listing anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous to sell.
• Anything that breaks Philippine law, wherever your buyers are.
• Listings that mislead a buyer about what they’re paying for.
• Spam — to buyers, to other sellers, or through Zarii’s systems.
• Abusing or overloading the API or the MCP server: scraping, hammering endpoints, or trying to work around a rate limit.
• Trying to reach another seller’s shop, orders, or data that isn’t yours.

We can suspend or close an account that does any of this — see “Suspension” below.

Buyers deal with the seller.

If you’re a buyer, your order, your delivery, and any dispute about either belong to the seller you ordered from — they’re the one who set the price, packed the order, and received your payment. Zarii keeps the record straight and stores your proof of payment, but we didn’t sell you anything and can’t issue a refund, change your order, or promise a delivery date.

The service, as it is.

Zarii is provided as it currently stands. We’re a small team building this in the open, so features change, and we don’t promise a particular uptime. We’ll fix what breaks and tell you plainly when something doesn’t work yet, rather than promise a guarantee we can’t back.

Suspension and termination.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — most commonly, one of the things listed under “What’s not allowed.” Where we can, we’ll tell you why. You can stop using Zarii at any time; write to support@zarii.store and we’ll help you close your account.

Liability.

To the extent the law allows, EveryTech’s liability for anything arising from your use of Zarii is limited, and we aren’t liable for a sale gone wrong between you and your buyer or seller — that transaction happens directly between the two of you, on rails Zarii never touches.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

Changes.

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top, so there’s always one place to check what currently applies.
